Strategic structuring for complex international trade operations

In Time Logística structures special import and export operations that require technical planning, tax intelligence and advanced logistics coordination.

Our experience enables us to develop tailored projects for high-complexity operations, seeking cost reduction, operational efficiency and customs security across every stage of the process.

Pre-shipment operation analysis

Each operation is analyzed in advance, before international shipment, considering factors such as:

  • Tax classification (HS code / NCM)
  • Tax feasibility
  • Use of special customs regimes
  • Logistics planning
  • Transit time
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Operational cargo structure

Tax intelligence and operational efficiency

Special projects require much more than operational execution. In Time Logística operates strategically to identify cost-reduction and tax-optimization opportunities, including:

  • Ex-tarifário tax benefit qualification
  • Use of special customs regimes
  • Pre-shipment tax classification analysis
  • Logistics feasibility studies
  • Customs clearance planning
  • Project cargo operation structuring
  • Optimal transport mode and port of entry definition

Our objective is to ensure each operation is structured as efficiently as possible before the cargo is even shipped.

Real case study

Copper laminate factory transfer — Italy to Itatiaia, Brazil

Throughout our history, In Time Logística has participated in large-scale operations involving machinery imports, industrial equipment and international transfer of factory plants.

Among our flagship projects, we directly led the complete transfer of a copper laminate factory from Italy to the city of Itatiaia (Rio de Janeiro state), an operation involving multi-million USD investments.

In Time Logística operated strategically across multiple project fronts:

  • Ex-tarifário qualification for tax cost reduction
  • Special regime structuring for fixed assets
  • Pre-arrival customs clearance
  • Direct unloading operation
  • Logistics coordination for special cargo
  • Dedicated vessel chartering for project cargo
  • Operational management of equipment exceeding 60 tonnes

High-complexity customs operations

The project also involved a highly structured customs operation, with more than 30 international shipments (bills of lading) consolidated under a single Import Declaration, conducted entirely within Brazilian customs legislation.

This type of operation requires advanced technical knowledge, rigorous document planning and practical experience with special regimes and large-scale industrial operations.

Few operators in the market have consolidated experience coordinating operations at this level of logistics, tax and customs complexity.

Industrial project solutions

In Time Logística operates across projects involving:

  • International factory transfers
  • Imports of industrial machinery and equipment
  • Project cargo operations
  • Special and oversized cargo
  • Special customs regimes
  • Ex-tarifário qualification
  • Industrial Door-to-Door operations
  • Pre-arrival customs clearance
  • Direct unloading
  • Tax planning applied to international trade

Special projects require strategic vision.

We work side by side with our clients in structuring these operations, seeking safe, efficient solutions aligned with the financial and operational objectives of each project.
